- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been a member over 30yrs. Recently my debit card was cloned and I needed a new one quickly. They said it'll take 5-10 business days. I waited 12. They said give it another day. After 3 weeks... No card. I messaged member service twice through their website. No response (been over a week now). I called and was told it would be $45 and I would need to stay home from work if I wanted to get a card overnighted to me. (I would have to personally sign for it) I declined and said maybe I needed to look for a bank that could provide a card in less than 3 weeks and responded to messages. They said okay.
