- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆You need to either hire or schedule someone to answer the phone, also maybe you could just make it to where the employees already there would have the time to answer the phone. I tried for half a day to get someone on the phone then finally just gave up.By Pam L, July 05, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆The teller behind the counter was excellent; however, the branch manager, deoderanta's, attitude was no good. The teller even asked for some help making a call to get an approval on my check and she said "no, you can do it", while the line was building up behind me and she was doing nothing but greeting customers. My check had been cut that morning and when the teller mentioned this to the manager/greeter she said oh well I'm 99% sure we won't be able to get an approval on this. The teller called anyways, there was an approval. Overall the attitude shown by the manager / greeter left a bad taste in my mouth, but the teller was great, I wish I could remember her name!By Arianna Goodwin, April 20, 2017
